etch-proposed-updates already contains the new texlive-base-bin, which
makes texlive-latex-base installable again. Some builds are still
missing, but i386 and amd64 are there.
texlive-formats-extra and texlive-lang-czechslovak have been uploaded,
but not yet accepted.
