Now that Norbert has solved the dvipdfm(x) issues, I had the time to
look at the other ones I excluded:
tex2ht, dvipng and lcdf-typetools all can be installed fine with
texlive-full_2009..., and I don't think there's a reason they shouldn't
work.
Should I re-enable those as dependencies of texlive-full again in
tpm2deb.cfg? Or do you want to rebuild and upload packages without
changes, Norbert?
