TL2012 status 2012-03-05

Hi everyone,

new packages uploaded:
- remove conf files from old versions
- install of texlive and texlive-full works
- dist-upgrade of texlvie and texlive-full works
- tex-common: re-introduction of update-texmf, but we do not
  ship anything in tex-common at all. Only used for package adaptions
  User changes should go into some /etc/texmf/texmf.d/00local.cnf or so
- NMU preparation of several package, plus adaption sto TL2012
- (hopefully) proper replacements added

Next on the list:
- run lintian and go through warnings/errors
- fix transition of ptex packages to TL (not decided by now, waiting
  on anser from Hatta-san)
- lib paper fix up
- proper preparation of all packages for upload to experimental
- proper preparation of all NMUs and contacting the maintainers

As usual, test reports are welcome!
