Bug#688854: texlive-fonts-extra: Please move "fourier" to texlive-fonts-recommended

Hi,

I'd consider Adobe Utopia as one of the "usual" fonts and was astouned to find
"fourier" it in the behemoth that is texlive-fonts-extra. The same could be
said about "fouriernc" and New Century Schoolbook .

BTW, where is Garamond gone?
