Bug#767887: texlive-xetex should include etoolbox (from texlive-latex-extras)

texlive-xetex includes polyglossia. Recent versions of polyglossia (such as the one packaged here) depend on etoolbox.sty. Therefore, any attempt to use polyglossia will fail if the user didn't install texlive-latex-extras manually. Please move etoolbox.sty from texlive-latex-extras into texlive-xetex.
