Bug#768558: [tex-live] Bug#768558: texlive-lang-cyrillic: lmodern font declarations missing

I just committed changes to texlive-ru and texlive-en such that lmodern
is not loaded for texlive-ru.  I also added the line
\usepackage[T2A]{fontenc}
to texlive-ru.tex, which seemed to be the other crucial change.  I
assumed the textual changes were related to (the many) changes
between 2010 and 2014, not that I can actually read it.

Anyway, the t2alm*.fd files are gone now, so I think the Debian bug can
be closed.

Boris and Vladimir, I blindly remade the .pdf and .html.  Maybe you
could check if the result is reasonable?
