Well, technically not for the source package, but the source
packages are *also* generated from another layer, and that uses
eperl.

So while it is true that as soon as we have source packages, eperl
is not needed anymore, we still need it for source package building.

I will remove it from the generated config files, and see if I can
convert the stuff to something else.

Thanks for reminding me, I was removing eperl from several places
already ;-)
