I've seen that it has been removed. So I assume that this bug can be

Well, actually there may be some problem. Sometimes after some
upgrade, not necessarily related to texlive, I notice that the
kanjix.map line changes. It changes between
kanjix.map: /var/lib/texmf/fonts/map/dvipdfmx/updmap/kanjix.map
and
kanjix.map: /var/lib/texmf/fonts/map/dvipdfm/updmap/kanjix.map
Is it expected or is this due to some bug?
