TeXworks packaging version 0l6.0

Dear all,

TeXworks was originally packaged by Atsuhito Kohda, who resigned
last year. Andreas was so nice to move it into the team maintained
repo and made an upload to set the maintainer to the QA Group.

For the future I propose that we (Debian TeX Maint) take care for this
package. Maybe also someone else but me can put his hand on it,
it is not complicated.

I have now 0.6.0 packaged. Due to the help/manual not being included
anymore in the release file on github, I have made a new source
package
	src:texworks-manual
that builds
	texworks-help-en (as before)
and in addition
	texworks-help-fr

By now I have nnot pushed these changes anywhere, because I wanted to
hear your opinion.

For the source and amd64-binary packages you can give it a try at
	deb http://people.debian.org/~preining/TeX/ texworks/
	deb-src http://people.debian.org/~preining/TeX/ texworks/
