I am building now packages with the following fixes:
* sfconv removed, your patch for not building it
* man pages fixes suggested by you
* (adresses spell error was already fixed in the repo)

Well, TeX Live upstream also ships it, so I thought I ship it, too ;-)
I will post with new links for the packages when they are ready.
