The way how to create a chroot was copied somewhere from the Debian
homepage, I don't know the exact address.
The policy-rc.d thing is, to make sure that no daemons are running inside
the chroot (as said above, this was instruction from debian.org webpage).


After all, feel free to close this bugreport then...

I will try to get my work done in a virtual machine now.
