I cannot use many stop scripts any more (e. g. apache) because they couldn't find the kill command anymore. The reason is, that root is running the shell ash on my system (cause I had some big problems with bash). ash seems to have no buildin kill command and didn't find a kill command. I used the stable and the frozen ash version. Any hints appreciated. Werner
