Corrupt debian files on Winter 96 Archive CDs

I would like to thank Brian Gough, Brian Servis, and Bill
Roman for reporting file corruption in the debian-0.93R6 area of CD 1
of the Winter 1996 edition of Yggdrasil Linux Internet Archives.
Their reports are accurate and we will shortly make replacement CD's
available to owners of the Winter 1996 edition of Linux Internet
Archives at no cost, not even shipping.

At a minimum, the following files are effected (this
particular list is clipped from some email by Brian Gough, but the
others have also submitted lists which I think are the same, and
Brian's list exactly matches mine):

>debian-0.93R6/binary/admin/ftape-2.03-1.deb
>debian-0.93R6/binary/devel/gcc-2.6.3-4.deb
>debian-0.93R6/binary/devel/source-1.2.13-5.deb
>debian-0.93R6/binary/devel/xwpe-1.4.1-1.deb
>debian-0.93R6/binary/editors/emacs-19.29-4.deb
>debian-0.93R6/binary/mail/mh-6.8.3-2.deb
>debian-0.93R6/binary/sound/nas-1.2p2-1.deb
>debian-0.93R6/binary/tex/texpsfnt-1.0-1.deb
>debian-0.93R6/binary/text/groff-1.09-4.deb
>debian-0.93R6/binary/text/wenglish-1.0-3.deb
>debian-0.93R6/binary/x11/xfntbig-3.1.2-1.deb
>debian-0.93R6/binary/x11/xmanpages-3.1.2-2.deb

Also, I would like to encourage any Silicon Valley area Debian
users who would be interested in beta testing the replacement disc to
contact me immediately. I expect to have a 1-off version of the
replacement CD available tomorrow (Sunday, 23 March 1996).
