Warning for everybody who installed the 1.1 boot floppies.

The permissions on the files on the 1.1 base floppies are all wrong.
If you have mode-777 files in /etc/init.d, you've got the problem.
I will generate a shell script to fix the permissions and a new set
of boot floppies.

Sorry, people. This is why we do beta tests. It's pretty clear this bug
is my fault.
