There are a couple of NeoMagic ones (one DFSG free but not all that
good, the other not DFSG free (due to NDAs), but better (by RedHat)).
I've e-mailed the X maintainer about this and he says that he will
package them, but wants to get X ready for the Debian 2 release first.
Sounds fair enough  :-)
