Hmm, I guess there is a problem with your mirror. On ftp.nl.net, in
/site/ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/hamm/main/binary-i386/oldlibs, there
is libg++27_2.7.2.1-14.4.deb, and in the corresponding slink directory
there is a link to this file. Since you are in Belgium (I think?), you
should be able to get fast access to this site. I use it a lot.
