Of course the RIGHT thing to do is set up a private nameserver behind your
filewall that provides DNS for your private network but failing that:
you should have the NODNS and NOCANONIFY options set in the .mc file. Your
mail gateway must be able to rewrite the headers bcause you are going to
send mail as user@cam1 user@cam2 etc witho no domain qualification. The
gateway will need to make it user@domain.dom so people can reply.
