Re: www connection????



You are right: It is not working. The funny part is that yesterday it was. It stopped
working after I changed the settings to CHAP as advised. Now it tells me the following
when I pon (I don't hear the modem working) and plog afterwards:

I will be in the office the whole day (my time now is 8:56 a.m.), until late night,
about 9 or so, which means I will be unable to give any further detail of my
configuration before 14 to 24 hours.

I have run several times pppconfig trying to catch a mistake, but to no avail. I
believe that the only change with respect to yesterday settings was the PAP changed
into CHAP.
