Hmm, nach dem Lesen dieses Auszugs draengt sich mir die Frage auf: Wieso 
kriegen die Debian Maintainer es nicht hin selbst, zumindestens in den 
groesseren Paketen, entsprechende Serious/Grave Bugreports zu 
schreiben? Oder ist das schon passiert und "gefixed", sprich die 
Situation bei weitem nicht mehr so schlimm wie vor 2 oder 3 Jahren? Ich 
hab grad mal so ein wenig quer geschaut und bei Paketen wie OOo, IceXXX 
und auch KDevelop keine falsch gesetzten Recommends gesehen... 
Insbesondere bei letzterem duerfte diese Aenderung einige 
False-Bugreports beheben (weil autoconf/automake/make fehlen). 
Allerdings fiel mir auch grad ein Negativbeispiel auf: Kword hat ein 
Recommends auf libkscan1, macht nicht unbedingt soo viel Sinn...

Ich danke aber mal fuers "zusammenschneiden" der Informationen, ich kann 
der Argumentation der Entwickler nun durchaus folgen :)
