Das sind beides Optionen für die Kernelcompilation, die beispielswiese
in make nconfig gesetzt werden. Die kann man auch auf der
Kernelkommandozeile setzen, wenn man möchte dass sie kommentar- und
wirkungslos ignoriert werden.
