Hab ja auch erwähnt, dass es mit deinem Problem nichts zu tun hat. rsync ist sehr I/O intensiv und muss nach dem Upgrade erstmal alle Dateien neu sichern. Hast du schonmal das Filesystem mit fsck überprüft? Alle Platten einem S.M.A.R.T. check unterzogen?
