Resolvido ....
A solução foi:
No main.cf, dentro de smtpd_recipient_restrictions
...
check_policy_service unix:private/policy
reject_unauth_destination
permit
e no master.cf a linha:
policy unix - n n - - spawn
user=nobody argv=/usr/sbin/postfix-policyd
Tem que ser antes das configurações do clamav e do TLS.
