It would appear to be quite normal anyway. Yes, before writing to the list I was read something of that and even about a Debian bug report [1]. But the cause that I didn't obtain these entries in log when I had Etch made me think that perhaps it would be related to something of the new version of NTP package of Lenny or the interaction of this new package with some component of Lenny (the kernel, for example).
