Thank you, Erwan and Anders. So people, who have chance to face the issue, mostly added partitions after installing.

The only discussion of specifying partition, that I have found in Debian docs, have a warning concerning traditional device names and file system labels, but not concerning troubles with UUIDs. It is in the section on preseeding and I was in doubts if uuid mount_style still keeps LVM volume names (I find the statement ambiguous). Anyway most of users unlikely read this appendix:
