The "..." meant "anything I forgot" :)

your question, yes it is included in the Big Plan. Right now new
maintainer is off to the side some where as far as how it runs, and that
is simply a result of how the project has grown, and not to be blamed on
anyone. The "new maintainer process" needs to be taken into account
through out our structure. We can not let it remain a one-way door, where
people get in and everyone just sits in this big room, so to speak. We
need more of an orientation, or moderation in what happens when new and
aspiring developers are allowed into the project. As it is now, we leave
them mostly out on their own, and without structured guidance.
I think if we aim toward this, then new developers will feel more
accepted, and they will in the end be more of an asset to us and our
users.
