There will be FD.

If you want a NOTA option, it needs to be proposed.
However, I'd argue that you should be clear about what you mean.
For example in 2014, there was a "we don't need a resolution about this"
option.


But NOTA in and of itself is not very well specified.  What are you
hoping happens if you vote for that.
