libmemcache is obsolete for nearly a decade (see #499480) and therefore 
not included in squeeze, jessie or stretch.

The latest upstream of the only remaining rdep libapache2-mod-auth-memcookie
uses libmemcached, so once #748808 is resolved libmemcache can be removed.
