Long description:
Plata is a Gtk theme based on Material Design Refresh.
(The author does not provide a detailed description yet.)

Reason:
Plata is a new theme by tista500, the author of Adapta theme,
which is not maintained any longer.
Unlike Adapta (based on the old Material Design), the new theme
is based on Material Design Refresh.
Because the old theme is not maintained, I recommend that the
new theme should be packaged. However, the old one shouldn't
be dropped since there are still a very large number of users
using it.

I'm sorry that I'm not going to package it because I'm not
familiar with packaging.
