 Newer gRPC releases need a new dependency, abseil-cpp. Anton is in
the process of packaging it - still for two years he couldn't finish
it. :(
Anton, please finish packaging in the next few days or I plan to take
over it. Benjamin, do you want to package and maintain instead?
