Hi Vipul and João Paulo,

There is an earlier RFP in Bug #970546, so I am merging these two
RFP/ITP requests.
The proposed package names differ.
We may end up naming the package as either "gh" or "github-cli".
We'll see. :-)

Cheers,

Anthony
