Do I have to compile the vazir font for Debian to package it?

Do I have to upload the font source I created to mentors.debian.net?
Is the vazir font package I created ready to upload? What other changes
do I have to make?
I asked the upstream font holder at GitHub to remove the pre-made fonts,
but he said he had put them in the repository at the request of users
and was currently using several npm packages.
