Anything we can do from upstream to get this moving? We have now up to date packages for Arch/Manjaro, Fedora, Gentoo, so Debian is the by far biggest distro which hasn't packaged Shutter yet...

Thanks very much for your offer, but at the moment the only thing blocking it is me uploading the package :) The extra dependency is now in Debian, so I can proceed with uploading Shutter too before I go on my holiday.
