Hello!

I see that you've done some work packaging this module in Debian already:

https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/tabview/

I'm currently packaging CleverCSV and tabview is an optional dependency.
I was wondering if you were planning on finishing the work for tabview.

For what it's worth, I'd be happy to mentor you and sponsor this package
if you commit to maintaining it in Debian :)
