What do you think about changing the setting to 0 to avoid donations without user consent? I think the user can change this later by passing parameters or using the config.json file.
I was actually thinking about this when I originally made the package. On Arch Linux, I use an AUR package called xmrig-donateless, which has a similar patch to make the donations optional. I was thinking about putting this functionality in my package, but I originally decided against it as I'm usually hesitant to modify the source on my packages. I was still on the fence about it, however, and your message changed my mind. The patch is now included.
