Yes I am, and yes you may, but I am reluctant...: I suspect that joining the Science team with 250+ emails per month would cause too much noise with too little gain for one package: I have a strong interest in RDF but little interest in the many many other fields covered by the Science team. How about instead we create and move related packages to a new smaller team for RDF-related tools? Could that interest you? Or why not - what am I missing?
