I looked into it and you can recreate the missing pieces with (at the 
top dir):
  ./repackage.sh enquote
Then the build worked.

I'm not sure how you ended-up with this error because I cannot run the 
build from the top dir without the above. What extra step did you do? 
does using repackage.sh help?
