Package: wnpp

ftpd is unmaintained/non-existing upstream and the package seems to be unmaintained as well (see related #986997). It should be removed in favour of another ftpd that is in the archive. None of them is fully command-line compatible. inetutils-ftpd seems to be the most compatible one with only a few options missing.

If noone wants to adopt the package, I am going to file a RM bug soon. In that case, inetutils-ftpd should provide a transitional package with more information on how to switch to inetutils-ftpd.

Whoever wants to use the linux-ftpd source can still install ftpd-ssl.
