I've implemented and built upon your patch from[1] at a forked repo[2], and I've tried to get the package to build successfully, but it always fails at the tests, as you've mentioned in[1]. > I skipped the tests in d/rules as python specific stuff fails. On the contrary, avoiding the use of dh-golang as done in this repo[3] causes all the tests to pass without problem, and I'm unsure to why that is. We may have to take the approach Fedora has taken, where they've skipped any continuously failing tests[4].
