Control: reopen -1 This package *is necessary* to update the golang-google-grpc package. golang-google-grpc relies heavily on golang-github-cncf-xds, and if we continue to strip out any code that imports cncf-xds, we'll end up with barely anything left after hours of tedious work. I believe it's time to get this packaged, rather than trying to find a way around the problem.
