Bug#924198: www.debian.org: https://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po4a/de incorrect

X-Debbugs-Cc: Laura Arjona Reina <larjona@debian.org>
Package: www.debian.org
Severity: normal
Tags: l10n

https://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po4a/de.en.html states:

Packages already i18n-ed

These packages are translated in other languages, and then could be translated into your own language.
Section: main

…
manpages-fr (244), manpages-fr-extra (294),
Why are these two manpages packages listed and not any other manpage translation (de, es, …)? It does not make sense to use this pacakge for translation but rather the original files should be used. I suggest to blacklist all manpage translation packages. If desired, for all man pages in Debian an overview could be made, but this would be tricky, some man page translations are included along the original version, others are included in the manpages-XX package.

doc-base (74),
This file is completely translated into German (de.po is at 100%)

po4a (1359),
This file is completely translated into German (de.po is at 100%)

java-gnome
Where is this pacakge? How can it be translated? Either provide a link or remove the entry.
