Shawn wants to maintain beryl within the XSF. Since it's a fork of compiz,
I think it's fair to do so even if it's slightly outside of our normal
bounds. If it turns out to be a bad idea, Shawn can always maintain it in
an alioth project. As it stands now though, I don't see a major reason not
to do so.
