Bug#929056: exo-utils: exo-open doesn't pass parameters correctly

Dear Maintainer,
exo-open --launch TerminalEmulator --maximize
gives error:
exo-helper: Unknown option --maximize.
Type 'exo-helper --help' for usage.
Correct action should've been opening the TerminalEmulator (in my case,
xfce4-terminal) with `--maximize` as flag.
Fixed in upstream:
