Package: pcmanfm
Version: 1.3.1-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I'm having the same error message in 2 different situations.

The error message is:
	Failed to add a plugin to the pane
	No running instance of xfce4-panel was found

The situations are:
	* When I double click on a readable, executable file (e.g. shellscript) pcmanfm asks me if
	  i want to:
	  * Execute
	  * Execute in terminal
	  * Open
	  * Cancel

	  If I click on "Open" the error message pops up and no editor is opened.
	  If I right click and open with the editor there is no error.

	* When I right click on a .desktop file and select "Create Launcher on the panel"
	  This last issues looks the same as this one on Ubuntu: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pcmanfm/+bug/1431414

I installed Debian buster from the live install with LXDE already on, and I've never had the xfce panel (LXDE of course has lxpanel) or any other Desktop environment installed than LXDE.
I didn't find any option that allowed me to specify a preference on which panel to use either.
