In the log there's definitely a bad sign:

Can you check also the system logs (/var/log/syslog, /var/log/daemon.log, the
journal, dmesg...) so we have more information?
Also is there something peculiar about your hardware (Nvidia/AMD GPU for
example?) or software (specific configuration or something).
