Bug#90092: apt: Typo in "No DNS" error message

Package: apt
Version: 0.3.19
Severity: normal

At the time, DHCP had not correctly configured my DNS server. You can
probalby reproduce this by setting your nameserver in /etc/resolv.conf
to some bogus entry. Here is what happened when I ran apt-get in such
a state:

    uluru:/home/wohler# apt-get install ntp
    Reading Package Lists... Done
    Building Dependency Tree... Done
The following NEW packages will be installed:
      ntp
0 packages upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 253kB of archives. After unpacking 610kB will be used.

E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe try with --fix-missing?

You may consider changing this message to simply, "Cannot resolve
<hostname>."
