Actually it's more like 135k....
gandalf[13:24] % ldd /usr/bin/apt-extracttemplates
libapt-pkg-libc6.2-3-2.so.3.2 => /usr/lib/libapt-pkg-libc6.2-3-2.so.3.2 (0x40020000)
libapt-inst-libc6.2-3-2.so.1.0 => /usr/lib/libapt-inst-libc6.2-3-2.so.1.0 (0x400f8000)
libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 => /usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 (0x40113000)
libm.so.6 => /lib/libm.so.6 (0x4015d000)
libc.so.6 => /lib/libc.so.6 (0x4017f000)
/lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x40000000)
libapt-inst is part of apt-utils. Unless you want to absorb the whole
apt-utils package into apt, and just have a separate apt-ftparchive
package... that will also sidestep #133943
Jason?
I'm beginning to feel I shouldn't have suggested we make
apt-extracttemplates in the first place... <sigh>
