The deb's built on the build daemons (powerpc for one, which I'm using)
don't include the man pages (such as apt-get.8 and apt-cache.8).
However, they are included when building from source on my machine.
>From the buildd logs, docbook2man isn't found by the configure script
(and hence the man page generation is skipped).

The apt 0.5.6 source tarball was built using the cvs-build target in
debian/rules, which ensures that the documentation is pre-generated.
According to the build logs I have seen so far, autobuilt apt 0.5.6 packages
include the man pages.
