Package: apt
Version: 0.5.9
Severity: important

I haven't seen any package updates for a few days, and now I know why.
Here's an example with lprng, but the same happens with other packages,
including apt itself (before I manually upgraded it to 0.5.9). As you
can see, apt-cache reveals a new version available, but apt-get ignores
it. I'm baffled.

[fbriere] toroia:~ $ sudo apt-get install lprng

lprng is already the newest version.

You've set an explicit pin to prevent apt from installing packages from
unstable.
