Bug#130064: apt: can't find this bug on the web page

Package: apt
Version: 0.5.25
Followup-For: Bug #130064

so i know i don't have the latest apt, but it sure does seem like it'd be ideal if several date fields could be maintained (entered_unstable_pool, entered_testing, became_stable, last_updated [entered_experimental?]) -- not all would have to be populated (and it would be ok with me, if not all packages

i know very little c, but i know people who do (and i can script yo ass off in python or ruby) -- if we could help to add this functionality (so that new packages after a certain point all could have these date fields (mostly automatically?) populated, that'd be fantabulous

be well, and keep on keeping on with the greatest thing (free software and the GNU/debian linux system) since sliced bread,
		~c
