Bug#334792: apt-get dselect-upgrade should show holds

Package: apt
Version: 0.6.41
Severity: minor

apt-get dselect-upgrade does not show what gets held back to the user.
He can see
The following packages will be REMOVED:
The following NEW packages will be installed:
The following packages will be upgraded:
but e.g., with
# echo gphoto2 install|dpkg --set-selections
one must use -oDebug::pkgProblemResolver=true to reveal what happened
to gphoto2:
Investigating gphoto2
Package gphoto2 has broken dep on libcdk4
  Considering libcdk4 1 as a solution to gphoto2 -2
Holding Back gphoto2 rather than change libcdk4

Indeed, with e.g.,
14 upgraded, 20 newly installed, 21 to remove and 9 not upgraded
the user has no simple way of seeing which 9 packages they are!
